Wlodimir (Vladimir) Ledochowski: Mission, Motivation, Geopolitical Chessboard

(Calvinists RED; Lutherans PINK; Roman Catholics BLUE)

You have been taught to plant insidiously the seeds of jealousy and hatred between communities, provinces, states that were at peace, and to incite them to deeds of blood, involving them in war with each other, and to create revolutions and civil wars in countries that were independent and prosperous, cultivating the arts and the sciences and enjoying the blessings of peace; to take sides with the combatants and to act secretly with your brother Jesuit, who might be engaged on the other side, but openly opposed to that which you might be connected, only that the Church might be the gainer in the end, in the condition fixed in the treaties for peace and that the end justifies the means.

Wlodimir Ledochowski
PROFILE:
leader of a religious cult,
who played Europe off to murder those people he hated.

I, WLODIMIR LEDOCHOWSKI, do further declare that I will help, assist, and advise all or any of His Holiness's agents, in any place where I should be, in Switzerland, Germany, Holland, Ireland or America, or in any other kingdom or territory I shall come to, and do my utmost to extirpate the heretical Protestant doctrines and to destroy all their pretended powers, legal or otherwise. I do further promise and declare that, notwithstanding, I am dispensed with to assume any religion heretical for the propagation of the Mother Church's interest; to keep secret and private all her agents' counsels from time to time, as they entrust me, and not to divulge, directly or indirectly, by word, writing or circumstances whatever; but to execute all that should be proposed, given in charge, or discovered unto me by you, my Ghostly Father, or any of this sacred order. I do further promise and declare that I will have no opinion or will of my own or any mental reservation whatever, even as a corpse or cadaver (perinde ac cadaver), but will unhesitatingly obey each and every command that I may receive from my superiors in the militia of the Pope and of Jesus Christ. [SUBVERSIVE CULT]
That I will go to any part of the world whithersoever I may be sent, to the frozen regions north, jungles of India, to the centres of civilisation of Europe, or to the wild haunts of the barbarous savages of America without murmuring or repining, and will be submissive in all things, whatsoever is communicated to me. I do further promise and declare that I will, when opportunity presents, make and wage relentless war, secretly and openly, against all heretics, Protestants and Masons, as I am directed to do, to extirpate them from the face of the whole earth; and that I will spare neither age, sex nor condition, and that will hang, burn, waste, boil, flay, strangle, and bury alive these infamous heretics; rip up the stomachs and wombs of their women, and crush their infants' heads against the walls in order to annihilate their execrable race. That when the same cannot be done openly I will secretly use the poisonous cup, the strangulation cord, the steel of the poniard, or the leaden bullet, regardless of the honour, rank, dignity or authority of the persons, whatever may be their condition in life, either public or private, as I at any time may be directed so to do by any agents of the Pope or Superior of the Brotherhood of the Holy Father of the Society of Jesus. [SUBVERSIVE TERRORIST CULT]
In confirmation of which I hereby dedicate my life, soul, and all corporal powers, and with the dagger which I now receive I will subscribe my name written in my blood in testimony thereof; and should I prove false, or weaken in my determination, may my brethren and fellow soldiers of the militia of the Pope cut off my hands and feet and my throat from ear to ear, my belly be opened and sulphur burned therein with all the punishment that can be inflicted upon me on earth, and my soul shall be tortured by demons in eternal hell forever. [MAKE-BELIEVE CHRISTIANITY]

Such groups for Wlodimire Ledochowski to hate would include:
- People with “too much” education (such as “modernists”?)

- People who were Jewish

- People who were Eastern Orthodox

- People who were Protestant
- People who were Protestant and German (particularly Lutheran Eastern Germans with the post WW2 border changes, and the religious-demographic expulsions with the erasing of Prussia) – and to redraw the map of eastern Europe to serve the greater empire of the Roman Catholic Church, with the Polish state sponsoring religious persecution of non Roman Catholics.

By definition, as leader of an entity with such an oath, Wlodimir Ledochowski would have hated the above groups and worked against them to a particularly awful degree.

His personal life suggests a basis.

Wlodimir Ledochowski was born (according to the New York Times various 1942 reports of his death) October 7, 1866 (10-7-66 or 7-10-66) in Austria (when it was part of the multi-national Austria-Hungary empire). His parents were Count Antoni Hauka Ledochowski and Josephine Salis Zizers, as an ethnic Pole via his paternal lineage. It was when there was no Polish state, it having been partitioned between Orthodox Russia, Lutheran Prussia, and Roman Catholic Austria. The Ledochowski's were heavily steeped in the doctrines and attitudes of Vatican Rome, with the early life of Wlodimir Ledochowski containing what may have been a formulative experience when he was only 6 years old, in 1874.

It was then when his uncle, Mieczysaaw Ledochowski (b. Oct 29, 1822, d. July 22, 1902), the Primate Archbishop of Polish majority Posen/Poznan, a city and province that was then a part of predominantly Protestant, German led, Prussia), ran into legal difficulties, and was jailed for 12 months by Otto von Bismarck’s anti-Vatican government of Prussia in 1874-75.

M. Ledochowski. -- In: Der Floh. -- September 13, 1873 Bismarck’s Prussia was both predominantly (generally 67%) Protestant (generally Lutheran), and politically anti-Vatican.

During the early years of the Prussian led 2nd Reich founded in 1871 at the end of the Franco-Prussian War, Bismark's government passed a series of laws aimed against the Roman Catholic Church. This largely stemmed from Prussia’s Kulterkamph formal opposition to the Vatican’s 1870 claim of Papal Infallibility. Included was Bismark's 1872 expulsion of the Jesuit Order in united Germany. Also included, ill-advisedly, were laws against the Polish language. Mieczysaaw Ledochowski openly opposed such law prohibiting the Polish language in secondary and higher level schools; his defiance led eventually to his imprisonment for 12 months from early 1874 to early 1875, when he was released and expelled from Prussia.
In 1873, the Prussian government began the implementation of German Kulturkampf policies and forbade the use of Polish in instruction in Poznań. Archbishop Ledóchowski urgently protested this order, and ultimately issued a circular ordering the religion teachers at higher educational institutes to use German in their teachings to the higher classes but to preserve Polish in their teachings to the lower classes. The religious instructors obediently followed the archbishop's order and were subsequently deposed by the Prussian government. After repeated fines for outlawed activity, the government demanded Ledóchowski's resignation. The archbishop responded that no temporal court could deprive him of an office granted to him by God, and he was jailed in the Ostrów Wielkopolski dungeon in February of 1874.
I wonder how the 6-8 year old Wlodimir Ledochowski took any of this news?

Wlodimir Ledochowski was born into a family heavily involved with the Roman Catholic Church. Not only his uncle was involved. So were his parents, and his sisters Ursula Julia Ledochowski and Maria Theresa Ledochowski. So he was likely possessed by that age with a strong Papist attitudes, hence feeding him with sentiments that when combined with the news of his uncle’s situation, perhaps synthesized into a promise to avenge, as early as the age of 5 or 6.

Both later became prominent nuns. Both were eventually beautified by the Vatican: Maria Teresa in 1975; and Julie Ursula in 1983.

Wlodimir was #3. He was followed by three more sisters, Maria Josefa (who died at the age of 5), Ernestine, Franziska (Fanny), a brother, Ignacy (b. 1871 - d. 1945), and two more brothers, A Josefa and Stanislaus whom died as infants.

The photo is uncaptioned, but if the two girls pictured are Julie Ursula at left, and Maria Teresa at right, then that’s Wlodimir Ledochwski (b. October 1866 or 67) being held by his mother.

More information on the Ledochowski family

Wlodimir Ledochowski decided to dedicate his life to the Vatican, and the Jesuit Order by about the time of his father's death around 1885, when his Uncle (the one that had been jailed by Bismark's Prussia) became his effective father, at about the time he entered the Gregorian University.

Pontifical Gregorian University (Italian: Pontificia Università Gregoriana) is a pontifical university located in Rome, Italy. Heir of the Roman College, the Gregorian University is one of the oldest universities in the world today, and was the first Jesuit University in the world, being founded by St Ignatius of Loyola over 450 years ago. He entered the Jesuit Order in 1889 at the age of 21-22.

He was ordained a Jesuit Priest in 1894.

He became Superior of a Jesuit residence in Krakow, before being made Rector of the College.

He became the Polish Vice Provincial in 1901, and Provincial of Galicia in 1902.

He became the Vatican German Assistant in 1906 at the age of 38-39, a position of running the Vatican’s diplomatic affairs of state through central Europe.

He became the Jesuit Order Superior General (leader) in 1915, being elected that February 11, following the day apart deaths of his immediate predecessor Franz Wern and of Pope Pius X on August 19-20, 1914, a mere three weeks after the outbreak of WW1, with its well known chain of events including the restoration of an independent Polish State in 1918, and as well, WW2 and the destruction of Prussia.

He remains the Jesuit Order Superior General until his December 13, 1942 death at the age of 75, just at the peak of the 3rd Reich’s military expansion, when the tide of the war turned against Germany and towards the destruction of Prussia.
